The Australian Tea Cultural Society (AUSTCS) is an Australian registered
not-for-profit and charitable organisation operated by members, for the members. AUSTCS aims to represent and bring together those passionate about tea, and who want to be actively involved in the Australian tea community.

About AUSTCS membership

Being a member of AUSTCS gives you a voice within the organisation and an opportunity to be actively involved in the operation and development of this representative tea body.

The AUSTCS membership base – is made up of tea business owners/management/employees, tea enthusiasts, educators and members of government offices – which already reflects the diversity and the inclusive nature of this organisation.
The primary function of AUSTCS is to facilitate an annual event for its members and other delegates who wish to attend.
What does a membership include
Being an AUSTCS Member offers the following privileges:

A single vote at the AUSTCS Annual General Meeting [AGM].

The opportunity to become a member of the AUSTCS volunteer management TEAm.​

The opportunity to be nominated or nominate yourself for election to a AUSTCS Director role. ​

Requesting a free membership
The Australian Tea Cultural Society (AUSTCS) is an Australian registered not-for-profit and charitable organisation*. Unlike similar organisations overseas, AUSTCS receives no external funding from government or industry, hence the financial viability of AUSTCS depends on your generous donations to enable the organisation to survive, continue and grow

the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
